Holliday Dental Breaks Ground on New Office at Verdae
Greenville SC (Friday, February 10, 2012) – Holliday Dental, PA - nearing its 30th year as a dental health and esthetic restorative practice in Greenville, SC - broke ground today on its new dental office in Legacy Square at Verdae. Owned and operated by Dr. Joseph Holliday, the dental practice with nine employees will move from Antrim Drive to its new 5400 sq. ft. facility following completion of construction in August. The new office doubles the size of the current space and is specifically designed to optimize patient care and experience.

Enhancements for the new office include more comfortable patient rooms with personal audio and video entertainment options, Wi-Fi, and large windows -many of which overlook 20 acres of Legacy Park. A dental suite, complete with a private sitting area and technology access, has been added to accommodate patients during lengthy procedures. Technical and equipment upgrades include: Digital X-rays for more accurate diagnosis and treatment, digital intra-oral visual imaging and decay detection, Invisalign computerized orthodontic treatment, the latest Cerec Design and Milling technology for same day delivery of Crowns and veneers, an ultra-modern Sterilization Center and a state of the art Lab for the in-house manufacture of various dental appliances including sleep appliances as well as Implant restorations. The two-story structure will also comprise a rooftop terrace suited for training and special events.
Construction of the Holliday Dental office building is taking place at the same time as two other new buildings are erected in phase one of Legacy Square. The new neighborhood-scaled town center is located off of Rocky Slope Road within the Verdae development.
