Hollingsworth Funds

Building a legacy.

Upon the death of textile magnate John D. Hollingsworth, Jr., previous owner of Verdae land, his entire estate passed to the Hollingsworth Funds charitable support organization.  The mission of Hollingsworth Funds is to give back all profits generated annually to Greenville County organizations and charities.  To date, more than $26M has been distributed to Greenville.

Verdae Development, Inc. is a subsidiary company of Hollingsworth Funds and is very proud to be a part of such a generous legacy for Greenville.  As the Verdae master plan develops, this mission of support increases.
