Purposeful Design.
Through multiple phases, Verdae will eventually be home to thousands of residents and employees in search of a more balanced lifestyle. Verdae has already opened the first residential community, a retirement village and Legacy Park, the recreational foundation of Verdae. On the horizon are various professional and civic facilities as well as an inviting town center where locals and tourists can wander through eclectic shops, grab a bite or enjoy an evening out. The master plan for Verdae was developed, and is periodically revised, by continually monitoring the needs of the local community.
