The Verdae Masterplan Celebrates 10 Years!

In May 2005, the Verdae masterplan was announced to the public and Verdae Development, Inc.—a subsidiary of Hollingsworth Funds—was formed to oversee the 25-year project timeline.  Verdae is the largest planned development in the history of Greenville, SC and expects to add 10,000 residents, 550 businesses and 15,000 jobs to the area by project completion.  

The project has been designed with great respect for the land, environment and surrounding communities. To date, numerous infrastructure improvements have been completed, an active 300-acre residential community has been established and strategic commercial projects have launched, bringing more than  $300 million in capital investments to the area.
