September 2021: Southern First Bank, the largest bank headquartered in South Carolina, is building their new corporate headquarters at the corner of Laurens Road and Verdae Boulevard. The new headquarters will serve as a symbol and celebration of Southern First’s focus on the future of banking.
The building will be approximately 107,000 SF, sitting on ~7 acres, with a projected completion date of summer 2022. It offers a creative and healthy working environment, with a parkland setting, pedestrian friendly entry plaza, and well-landscaped grounds.
